How
many pads will I need?
The number of cloths you will need will depend on your
flow and the number of days you bleed for. Most girls and women
find that between eight to twelve cloths are sufficient.
Care
Instructions:
The soak and rinse method works best.
In cold water only, soak and rinse over 2 days.
Lather in pure velvet soap and soak for a further 2 days.
Rinse with a drop of your favourite essential oil fragrance.
Machine or hand wash.
They are best dried naturally, but can also be tumble dried.
The soak/rinse water is a terrific natural fertilizer.
